Most of the material used in the history of the Ragnarokr Leather Shop was obtained from interviews, letters and papers in the possession of the author. Carol Huebner Venezia provided copies of letters from Dave Woodward and George Mullins provided letters from Philip Mullins. Mary Rauton, Janice Spellerberg, George Mullins and Carol Venezia provided the photos. Many individuals provided information for the chronologies that form the basis of the story. These individuals are acknowledged elsewhere. The author also referred to published material. The books and articles used in the story are listed below. Many of these books and articles are cited in the text, mostly in the article titled, “Resistance to the US military.” Some of the newspaper articles have been reproduced and are linked to the story. The articles were reproduced pending permission of the authors.
